Q: Will you ship items to me?
A: Yes! Teacher Toys offers shipping to continental U.S. addresses. Simply go to our online catalog, fill your shopping cart, and pay using your Paypal account. Shipping charges will be added you your total. If the shipping total you are charged ends up being more than one dollar over the actual cost of packaging and shipping your items, the difference will be credited back to your Paypal account.

Q: Will you deliver to my school?
A: We will continue delivery to schools in Forsyth County, Georgia. Order online or by phone and spend a minimum of $20 and we will bring the merchandise to your school and leave it at the front office. Merchandise must be paid for before it will be left for you. Payment can be made through Paypal or with a credit card.

Q: Can I return something?
A: Books are nonreturnable for any reason. Other merchandise that is unopened and in saleable condition can be returned for store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Will you special order something for me?
A: We would be happy to order something especially for you if the item(s) are available from our suppliers. Items must be paid for in advance. These items will be non-returnable.

Q: Can gift cards be used for online purchases?
A: Gift cards can only be used in our retail store. You can purchase gift cards online, but they must be redeemed for merchandise in our retail store in Cumming, Georgia.

Q: What happened to the bulletin board sets that used to be in the online catalog?
A: We've removed bulletin board sets, charts, and two-sided accents from the online catalog. They are just too expensive to mail since they are so large and need to be kept flat. We still have them available in our retail store, but not online any more.
